Burum Collective is a project based drinks publication, platform built and collaborative effort between Helen Anne Smith and Rachel Hendry, two long-time hospitality staff working across craft beer, wine, cider, speciality coffee and food. by hospitality workers.

Entirely funded by our Patreon and donations, Burum Collective is about encouraging a safer, healthier and more equitable working environment for those within the drinks and hospitality industry.

Since 2020 we have been a platform where people can talk openly, creatively, and more importantly as themselves. With the goal to build an interdisciplinary community of people, across all areas of the food and drink community.
